(1) Home user subscribers have to pay their prepaid internet bill within 12th day of the billing month.

(2) If the bill is paid by 4th day of billing month, then Spacial discount will be offered. (Discount is one day bill of current billing package. And no discount will be offered on online pay Bkash or Dbbl mobile banking payment.)

(3) If the bill is not paid by 12th day of respective month, the line will be temporarily blocked without any prior notice.

(4) If he/she wants to pay their Internet bill after 22nd day of the billing month, he/she has to pay next month's bill with current month's bill.
